You know people crave the taste of a great summer time barbecue. You sell the tickets, we’ll bring the great tasting barbecue to your line set-up in either a school hallway, gymnasium, or dining hall.

 For smaller groups: Dining for Dollars

Your contributors dine in at Master Sergeant BBQ Dining Room in Vinton, VA and we donate a portion of the proceeds back to your organization.  This fundraising option is less involved and doesn’t require presales.

• Deposit/Payment – A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an onsite BBQ fundraising catering date. Your date will not be held until the deposit is paid. Events are booked on a first come, first serve basis. The deposit will be put toward your bill.
  The deposit effectively takes your date off of our event calendar and guarantees we will be available for your special day. The balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
• Fundraiser packages are available  to any club or organization; however, they must include a minimum order of 100 plates. In order to assure that ample food will be prepared we require a final headcount 5 days prior to the event.
